TERMS & CONDITIONS/

RESERVATION AGREEMENT:

All Cancellations/Changes reservations within 24 Hours of pickups MUST BE CALLED IN and notified to office 650-797-8880

NOTICE TO CANCEL:

Entire trip cost applies after cancellation notice time: 24 hours notice for sedans and SUVs, 48 hours for International travelers, 1 week for Sprinters, Mini busses and Coaches. All charters are subject to minimum hourly charge per vehicle and may include garage-to-garage charge where applicable.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Domestic Flights: 30 min free wait time from the flight arrival time. International Flights: 1 hour free wait time from the flight arrival time. Private Jet: 15 min free wait time. All other pickup locations: 15 min free wait time. Extra time will be charged at the hourly rate in 30 minute increments. Additional stops: add $50 each stop.

 

I do understand that the company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. I assume full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by any members of our party. All vehicles are NON-SMOKING! A fee of $500 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $350. Minimum $500 Smoking fine or Excessive cleaning fee. I understand that driver has the right to terminate the reservation without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients. I do understand that the company is not to be held responsible for third party actions (Farm in/out Reservations) from other carriers or subcontractors.
